This page includes additional information about our products, guarantees, and warranties associated with the purchase of any of our products or services.
Deliveries
All products must be inspected upon initial delivery. Any damages or discrepancies must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve them as quickly as possible.
Payment Terms
All deliveries are either prepaid or COD unless a line of credit has been established. To apply for credit terms, contact your sales representative, or email ar@ramarfoods.com. Payments delayed beyond approved terms will be subject to a 1.5% interest charge per month on the unpaid balance.
Product Warranties
All of the products we manufacture abide by Good Manufacturing Practices in order to provide a wholesome and unadulterated product for our customers. We undergo various audits by accredited Third parties and participate in outside laboratory testing to verify the effectiveness of our processes.
Each of our products is marked with a “best by” date indicating our assurance that we stand by the quality of our products when stored according to the directions on the package. Inspection of products upon delivery, and proper storage conditions are imperative in maintaining this quality guarantee. All of our frozen products manufactured by us must be kept at 0º F (-18ºC) or below at all times. Otherwise any warranties are voided.
Custom Made Products
Any products made on a custom basis for any customers may have various conditions for our warranty, and customers are advised to refer to the existing contract, product specification, and standard practices for the type of product made.
